Made with Magnum, Perle, Amarillo, Chinook and Centennial hops. What could possibly go wrong? Well the answer is we left the fermenter temperature probe disconnected so it spent its first few days at over 40º C. It didn’t seem to mind.

Spiced up with ginger, cinnamon and honey and hopped with Perle and Cascade, this is a winter warmer for those long dark nights in front of the telly. Goes well with Turkey and Egg Nogg. The beer is named for a feztive looking Dr Beer
